General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Organizer

The trips are organized by Rustikus GmbH, Switzerland.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking becomes binding once the deposit has been received.

  • A down payment of approximately 20% of the total trip price is due at the time of booking. An invoice for the down payment will be issued upon confirmation of the booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 months before the start of the trip. A separate invoice for the remaining balance will be sent.

3. Cancellation and Transfer

Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • The trip may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment of the deposit, and the deposit will be refunded in full.

  • After this 48-hour period, payments already made are non-refundable. Instead, they will be retained as travel credit that can be applied to a future trip organized by Rustikus GmbH.

  • The travel credit equals the amount already paid (deposit and, if applicable, the remaining balance).

  • In all cases, the booked place may be transferred to another person at no additional cost. Rustikus GmbH must be informed of the participant's details before the trip.

4. Meals

During our trips, we serve fresh, seasonal, predominantly organic, omnivorous meals. We accommodate food allergies or special dietary requirements only if requested in advance and where reasonably possible.

5. Changes to the Programme

Rustikus GmbH reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or individual services if necessary, provided that the overall nature of the trip is not significantly affected.

6. Liability

Participation is at the participant's own risk. Rustikus GmbH shall be liable only to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, cancellation, health, and accident insurance.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for processing bookings and organizing the trip.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Rustikus GmbH, Switzerland.
